Start your day with a Breakfast Power Smoothie that’s creamy, comforting, and naturally energizing. This blend includes banana for sweetness, oats for long-lasting energy, and a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla for a cozy flavor. Yogurt adds creaminess and protein, pineapple brings a bright, tropical twist, and peanut butter gives it a satisfying boost of healthy fats and flavor. It’s a complete breakfast in a glass—easy to make, easy to enjoy, and perfect for busy mornings or slow, intentional starts to your day.

Note- add a few cubes of ice to the blender before blending if you used fresh fruit.

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and frothy, scraping the sides with a rubber spatula if needed. If it is too thick, add ½ cup of water at a time until it is the desired thickness.

  3. Enjoy! This makes about 2 cups, so you may want to share with your housemate or a friend!
