Easy Chocolate Mousse with Fruit

Rich, creamy chocolate mousse paired with fresh fruit makes for a decadent yet balanced treat. The silky texture of the mousse complements the brightness of berries or citrus, creating a dessert that feels indulgent and refreshing all at once.

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove its pit. 

  2. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado flesh into the blender.

  3. Add the following ingredients to the blender: ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup milk, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and ⅛ tsp salt.

  4. Blend for 1-2 minutes until it is smooth and creamy. 

  5. Use a rubber spatula to scoop mousse out into 2 dessert bowls.

  6. Top with fruit and enjoy!
