Banana Whip

A naturally sweet and creamy treat made with just one ingredient—frozen bananas! Simply blend until smooth for a delicious, dairy-free dessert that tastes just like soft-serve ice cream. No added sugar, no fuss—just pure banana goodness!

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Bananas (1 to 1 ½ for each person enjoying)


    Additional Toppings:

    • Sliced Fruit

    • Granola

    • Nut Butter

Instructions:

  1. Slice your frozen bananas and place into the blender or food processor. 

  2. Blend for 5-10 seconds at a time, pausing to use the rubber spatula to scrape down any banana that splatters on the inside of the blender.

  3. It’s finished when the banana whip is smooth and creamy with no large chunks of banana left.

  4. Enjoy!



Tip: Instead of throwing out brown bananas, peel them, place them in a ziploc bag, and freeze them up to 3 months in your freezer. Don’t forget to write the date on the bag with a permanent marker!
