This açaí bowl is blended thick like ice cream and can be topped with your favorite textures and flavors. It’s full of antioxidants to support your brain and body, and it’s easy to make your own. Base Ingredients:
1 packet frozen unsweetened açaí (100g)
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen mixed berries (like blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
¼ cup coconut water or almond milk (add more for thinner consistency)
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions:
Run the frozen açaí packet under warm water for a few seconds to soften.
Add all base ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until thick and smooth, scraping down the sides if needed. Keep it scoopable—not sippable!
Pour into a bowl and get creative with toppings.
