This classic Tuna Salad is a quick, protein-packed meal that’s perfect for lunch, wraps, or on top of greens. Made with canned tuna, a creamy base, and crunchy mix-ins like celery or pickles, it’s easy to customize and full of flavor. Whether you serve it on toast, in a lettuce cup, or straight from the bowl, this simple dish is satisfying, nutritious, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna (packed in water)

  • Light mayonnaise (can replace with vegan mayo)

  • Relish

  • 2 Celery stalks

  • Salt and black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mise en Place (get everything in its place)

    • Finely chop celery stalks.

    • Open cans of tuna and place tuna in a medium bowl.

    • Measure ¼ cup of mayo into the bowl.

    • Measure 6 Tablespoons of relish into the bowl.

    2. Get Cooking!

    • Add the celery to the bowl and mix well.

    • Add salt and pepper to taste.

    • Place in a to-go container for weekday lunches. (adding to a salad or on bread)
