Ingredients
2 cans of tuna (packed in water)
Light mayonnaise (can replace with vegan mayo)
Relish
2 Celery stalks
Salt and black pepper
Directions:
Mise en Place (get everything in its place)
Finely chop celery stalks.
Open cans of tuna and place tuna in a medium bowl.
Measure ¼ cup of mayo into the bowl.
Measure 6 Tablespoons of relish into the bowl.
2. Get Cooking!
Add the celery to the bowl and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a to-go container for weekday lunches. (adding to a salad or on bread)
