Egg Salad

This classic egg salad is creamy, crunchy, and packed with protein — perfect for make-ahead breakfasts, quick lunches, or sandwiches on the go. Customize it with your favorite spices or extra veggies for variety.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

  • 6 Tbsp light mayonnaise

  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped

  • 6 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Mise en Place (Get Everything Ready)

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a medium bowl.

  2. Finely chop the celery and set aside.

  3. Measure the mayonnaise and mustard into the bowl with the eggs.

Step 2: Make the Egg Salad

  1. Use a fork or masher to mash the eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard until mostly smooth.

  2. Stir in the chopped celery and mix well.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

To Serve:
