Summer Love Smoothie

This smoothie is cool, calming, and just the right amount of sweet. It’s made with real fruits and fresh mint to help your body feel hydrated and your mind feel refreshed.

It can be part of your morning routine, an afternoon reset, or a quiet moment whenever you need it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 4–6 fresh mint leaves (more if you love mint!)

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 1 cup coconut water (add more as needed for desired consistency)

  • Optional: a few ice cubes for extra chill

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust—add more lime for tang, more mint for coolness, or a splash more coconut water if too thick.

  4. Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with a mint sprig or lime wedge, and enjoy!
